... and just like that the heat issues are gone. Took the cooler off, cleaned off the pre-applied compound that came with the H80i and I applied new thermal compound. The IntelBurnTest that I couldnt even run for 3 seconds last night can now complete with a maximum temperature of 93c (still warm so I will probably drop more voltage). Doing stuff that would raise my temps to ~60-75c is now only ~45-50c. MUCH BETTER!
