...and what a good feeling it is today to reflect back to yesterday and yesterday evening, in the moment of helping an organization such as Bridgets Gift. Cancer just plains suck, and Bridgets Gift gives so much for those Souls that are stricken with the disease. I personally think that all the musicians that performed at the fundraiser were absolutely wonderful to take the time out of their schedules to help, with their talents, this just cause. It wasnt really about us, it was about that person suffering with cancer, and The Tribe came through all day!! My hats off to all the musicians, volunteers, those donations, and those attending. We live in a wonderful, giving and caring community, and it takes a community of togetherness to help when we can. Music is a common ground, and as a musician, the main reason any of us gave of our talent is once again actual people in our community who need and deserve an organization like Bridgets Gift. I am not aware of any other reason than the Giving of oneself for others in need.
