annual camp departure details: - Academy bus DEPARTURE is at 14:00, so meet at detachment for 13:30 latest.. that gives us & bus IC time the to sort nominal roles and any loading issues. - From there, the bus will load up, and then sets destination for Crowborough. - You will need to have a GOOD lunch before you go, and pack a meal for your tea! there will be no evening meal provided when we reach Crowborough due to the estimated time of arrival (messs will be closed). - as you probably guessed, Its going to be a fairly lengthy trip! with apparently only ONE service station stop on the way.. I would strongly advise going for number 1s & 2s and any other necessary personal admin gets completed before embarking on the journey.. its unlikely the coach will stop and more unlikely the onboard loo will be in use. YOUVE BEEN WARNED! - A bit of a grim reminder - if your a puker or travel sick, please bring your own bags! nothing worse than being uncomfortable all the way down if you decide to make a mess!
