Dennis first of how r u hope ur ok well I start by saying in 2002 I was diagnosed with lung cancer I was bodybuilding doing the quimo was very weak started buying ur training videos and wat I like about ur videos is the hard training that u do inspire me to keep going Im cancer free did some shows and placed very well in 2011 I had three heart attacks I was told I could lift anything heavier than 2 pounds I was devastated while at home with out training I was watching ur videos and man it gave me such a boost I started lifting with out the doctor knowing after 1 1/2 of the stents placements and heart attacks the doctor couldnt believe how strong I had become he ran some test my cholesterol dropped tremendously my injection rate got better and he told me I could lift again Ive been watching the videos u been posting here and let me tell u I was 255 before the heart attacks I dropped to 140 and now Im back up to 215 thank u for ur videos it has helped me tremendously i know the same way it inspire me is inspiring others God bless
