#anotherthrowingbackvideo #proudtobeherPT Recorded sometime on June 2014. 70kgs squat at body weight of 50kgs. When I just started training her on her leg parts, she had troubles in squatting light weights due to her form and un-trained body parts required to squat. So I changed her routine, trained her for individual leg parts to strengthen up, then went back to squats again and now shes upto 80kgs as her max and aiming to be 100kgs by the end of this year. Lets do this!!!!
