Quality is based on giving the right information and using the appropriate choice of words when handling a customer. · To ensure that the telesales team are courteous and has the proper phone ettiquette while speaking to a customer. · To identify minor and major deviations - curb deviating words and statements spoken by agents to customers. These deviations may misinterpret or misrepresent the product being introduced to customers.
