How much is it? $130,000.00, I doubt Id qualify for this price of a house, not with My current income, maybe when Im 62, but not now. This I could put solar photovoltaic on. Of course I cant do this right now as I dont have $9,084.26, thats why I have to wait some, since the USDA says Id need $3,000.00 in closing costs and Id need $900.00 for costs related to moving($601.00) and utility deposits($299.00). So until Im ready Ill just continue to get the $5,184.26 in hardware and repair costs to My car, PC and such done first. the closing costs could be financed, at least normally, the USDA may not be able to do so.
