as per susan singh calgary... "I am assisting with a case for a man who is facing life in prison and has not been presented with sufficient evidence to prove the case. CBC just called me for an interview could you let you friends know on freedom radio to see if we could do a few interviews. We are addressing the matter of the corruption of the court system who are not allowing us to assist with the case they are forcing him to incriminate himself and to retain an attorney who is sworn to the system. Let me know the more people we can have talking about this the better. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE INTERNATIONAL PRESS CONTACT: Mr.MacDonald (587 228 0930)/ Ms Singh (587 892 9468) 5 CALGARY JUDGES DENY FAIR TRIAL AND ASSISTANCE- MAN FACES LIFE! According to Judge Tyndale a Calgary man is facing life in prison and is being denied assistance from his community. The accused (Stickley) is unaware of what charges have been brought against him due to the prosecution (Buglas) refusing to provide essential Pre-Trial material that every accused is entitled to. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms states that everyone accused of a crime is entitled to both a fair trial, and is to be presumed innocent (11d) and to not to be compelled to be a witness against himself (Sec 13) the court system is forcing Stickley to speak in person to incriminate himself or retain an attorney. Presently it is unclear if Stickley was arrested and or charged with an offense and if so what charges were brought against him. No evidence has been brought forward by the prosecution and the court is acting on a presumption of fact. Stickley who supports his family hopes to receive a fair trial due to the severity of the matter. He is being assisted by Mr. MacDonald a Human Rights Activist who changed Canadian Law and Equalitarian Activist Suza Singh. States MacDonald "I was forcibly removed from court for requesting essential documents that both Stickley, Ms. Singh and I had requested in writing four times previously." Assisting with the matter Ms. Singh is shocked by the tactics used by the court and states "If a court is willing to take away a persons liberty by force, it is the responsibility of us all to ensure that it is both lawful and just." Stickley is set to appear in court at 9.am on August 28th 2013 once again in front of Judge Tyndale. Case number 130481393P1 Prosecution Office 403 299 8444
