@att strikes again. Called @ATTCustomerCare because Moms phone went nuts again. Drained a few thousand MB of data for no apparent reason. ATT says go to store for upgrade, its available. And theyll take the data usage off. So I do. Bill hasnt cut yet, so they cant do anything about the phone fritz. Mom likes Galaxy II, but ATT store doesnt have them. ATT says to go to Best Buy for Galaxy II. So I do. Upgrade not available until May 1. I call ATT again. I get told that I can get Manager Override on upgrade, and the Galaxy II phone, but I have to go home and order online. This jerk says hell call me back. But he doesnt. STILL cant believe I was enough of a dumbass to go home and wait for a man to call. havent done that in 30 years!! So I call. I can get the upgrade, but not the Galaxy II- they can only get Active. Id have to go online to get Galaxy II but I cant get manager override on that one. I dont understand. Ive been told three different things by three different people in the last 24 hours and spent 6 hours on the phone.
