attempting something new in kitchen today, got a bundle of raw beets with tops and bundle of kale, came home rinsed and soaded them, peeled the beets, cut into chunks, put into pot of water on stove, added carrots, let par boil, then added the tops and the kale, then not quite done, fished out the beets and carrots and put in food processor, added some of the juice,let it rip..then added the tops and kale and more juice and let it rip for LONG time...then added in some grape maters...then added all that back to the pot of juice left in pot...plan to freeze this in small baggies and adding this to a red fruit smoothie tomorrow morn, if its red, its going in processor, will keep you posted on how it turns out, ericka walks by pot on stove and askes WHO DIED IN THE POT ON THE STOVE?? its that RED in the pot, will keep you posted on the taste, have a good one folks
