back in Glasgow this morning. British Airways SUCKS! they knocked me off my flight to London AFTER i had already checked in, because they downsized to a smaller aircraft. as a consequence, i missed my connecting flight to New York and had to be put on a Virgin Atlantic flight (who have EXCELLENT customer service). British Airways then lost my suitcase for 6-7 days, so i had to purchase everything, including attire for a WEDDING that i was attending. now, on my flight back to Glasgow, they have lost my suitcase AGAIN and have not been able to trace it yet. their customer service SUCKS; nobody seems to know anything, respond, or even care about their level of disorganization and irresponsibility. TERRIBLE SERVICE - never flying with BA again and certainly recommending to everyone else to think twice before flying with them again (especially internationally). #britishairways #fail
