back in the gym after a 3 month hiatus. primary focus this time around: cardio and muscle density. which means a lot of rope and resistance training. lean and mean. thats the objective. TRAINING FOR THE EVENING -5 minute speed rope training @ approx 180 rpm. -20 close stance explosive push ups. -60 crunches. 2 MINUTE REST -20 hangman pull ups. -2 minutes speed rope approx 180 rpm. -flat bench press @ 185pds until failure. 2 MINUTE REST -80 crunches. -10 isometric elevated-feet inverted row using pull up bar. -1:30 close grip dead hang with 35pd weight. 2 MINUTE REST -5 minute speed rope at approx 180 rpm. -60 crunches. 2 MINUTE REST -goblet squats @ 180pds until failure. -isometric pushups until failure. -1 minute dead hang. -speed rope @ approx 180rpm until failure. lets get it.
