banana nut bread. i will never understand the concept . my wife goes to the store and buys banana,s let them sit on the counter and die a slow death. then says thats ok i will make banana nut bread i see these banana,s that look like they hit with a flame thrower and i said you can make it i won.t eat it and i don,t after 35 yrs of being married to her i still don,t eat that stuff . just courious does anyone make nut bread out of ripe banana,s instead of rotton ones . just a thought .
