because Rawlings was a military man, the army enjoyed a lot in his turner of office as head of state. when president kuffour took over, nurses were happy because the wife was a nurse. and because he himself was a politician, he implemented policies such as school feeding, capitation grants for basic schools,NHIS, NYEP, Voluntary service for unemployed graduates, metro mass transport and so on...when late john mils came, he implemented the single spine to make teachers happy plus other workers. however, when john mahama came,the same can not be told about him. i dont know whether he his a corrupt or sakawa being. this is because, in this his turner, corruption looms and those corrupt peope are those who enjoy. another group of people who enjoy are the sakawa people perhaps john himself is corrupt or is sakawasious. why?
