because of federal budget constraints, coupled with the controversial American ``oil boom``, where domestic drilling and fracking, transformed the united states into the world`s largest oil producer in 2014, the outspoken republican and democratic congressmen, reps. PAUL and RANGEL, met privately with the king of Saudi Arabia on Christmas eve, 2015, and laid it all on the line; ``we don`t need yer oil anymore, mr. king, sir``... ``what do you mean?`` , asked the king... ``we mean``, replied the congressmen, ``that we are drillin` plenty-a-oil, back in the states, plus now we got this SOLAR GLASS, comin` from up in Toledo, ohio, and that means that we americans, no longer have to spend thousands of our soldiers` lives , and hundreds of billions of defense dollars, protectin` Persian gulf oil``... the king was distressed and asked; ``so how is the kingdom of Saudi Arabia going to protect itself against Iranian aggression, if you Americans close all your military bases in this region?``... the republican congressmen shot back an answer immediately; ``well, mr. king, sir, we got a solution fer that... see, our president and our congress have authorized one of our military guys, ADMIRAL O`FAHEY, to commence his plan, called, OPERATION ``HOSE``OVER... basically, we`re gonna pull our navy and marine corps out of the base in Manama, Bahrain, our army out of Quatar, and our air force and navy off of Diego Garcia, and THEN WE`RE GONNA ASK THE CHINESE AND RUSSIANS , TO COME ON IN, INSTEAD!!!... if they`re buying the oil, then let those folks fight to protect it!!! ... `cause we`re goin` home!!!``... this then , is retold and remembered in history books as, ``THE DAY THE KING OF SAUDI ARABIA SOILED HIS PANTALOONS``...
