been without internet for 2 days or soo the family told me I called provider charter they came out and said it was just a wire unplugged well somehow they rigged it to bypass the cut going to the power wire going to the modem til they got out of here I got up and asked my wife if they fixed it and replaced the power cord she said no they just said it came unplugged and plugged it back up soo electrical tape and buck knife later I,m doing there job nets back up and going anyway been planning to leave charter anyway there rates are not true they reel u in on these deals and over months gradually go up price goudging if u ask me enough said hope all is well and lets pray one for another and especially the burnouts that work for charter god bless u all
