before five years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. after then everyday I must take pills to manage my blood sugar. Though I never quit taking medicine and call on my doctor termly, I think my body is one day inferior to the next day. Last month, my son introduced me to join in a program which is to teach people how to do sports to maintain younger and fitness. At very beginning I was reluctant to do this since I believed it can’t work well for me. But I didn’t like to live up to my son’s good will, so I stick to doing the excise everyday.
