big heads-up, people... this is an EPIDEMIC in the making, and now with a *major* node not so far from us, and is why it is very and urgently important that you and your children be vaccinated against measles. You can catch the virus two or three hours after a carrier has simply been in the same room, and people that are not immune have a *90%* chance of contracting the disease (as opposed to an attack rate of 50%). (special request to anyone still attached to the antivax disinformation being dangerously spread on Facebook.... PLEASE take it somewhere else. I hate censorship, but as I do not have time right now to argue unsubstantiated rhetoric, I am going to have to delete anything share here from vaccine truther sites. They are the major reason that we are in this emergency situation to begin with. I like a good debate, but this is not even a debate anymore. If you want to argue about gravity or evolution, Im sure you will be able to find some insular corner of the Internet to entertain these sentiments as well, and anti-vaccine propaganda is about as (un)supported by evidence-based research as those memes... but FAR more threatening to our community.)
