can any of my local animal activist friends help me - In one of the wooden sheds in westwood cross is a lady selling 100% sheep skin and wool products. I asked her the company of where she buys her products from, and she said poland. This obviously got me worried as we all know that these countries do not have strict welfare standards within the slaughter industry. I then asked who her supplier was and she became very sheepish (excuse the unintended pun) and then finally wrote the name Lumia down on a piece of paper. Basically my concern is that WWX has not vetted this woman and her products and she could be selling animal products from a supplier who is not verified or liscenced! Can anyone help me bleed the info out of this woman so we can do some research into where these sheep products have come from and the processes into it, as i feel WWX should not be allowing a pitch to a seller who sells animal skin without knowing the standards!
