comment: Government is not endowed with absolute, unlimited, unbridled power to use howsoever it deems necessary - that is the underlying premise in Samuel Rutherfords powerful and timeless masterpiece of a book entitled, Lex Rex. Lex Rex means the law is King - the law rules over men. Men do not have the right to govern above or over the rule of law! What President Obama and the radical left wing progressive liberals, including Hillary, believe is that the law is restrictive - law is limiting (what a surprise, right) - and in their framework of thinking that is not a good thing when they are in power and want to do things that the law prohibits or restricts. Consequently, in order for President Obama to do what he did the other night in terms of his immigration policy, he had to rip the United States Constitution to shreds, and he unhesitatingly did so in plain sight of the entire nation! Our founding and guiding document was eviscerated for all to see by the very man that swore to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States - President Barrack Obama. Therefore, in response to Hillarys opinion, I assert that America was NOT served and neither were those that entered the United States illegally by President Obamas actions. Common sense alone tells us that you cannot serve anyone or anything in the positive sense when you have to break the law in order to do it. But the good thing here is that Ms. Clinton has once again proven that I have been right all along about her: Ms. Clinton is telling America that she is in fact President Obama in a pant suit - meaning that when it comes to advancing radical left wing progressivism, she will ignore the Constitution - whats left of it - and break the law as she deems necessary just like President Obama has and continues to do.
