dad, dead before his 50s, somehow decided to agree to go see Neil Diamond with his wife and well, his youngest of 4, me. my idea. I was 10 in 71. If i ever had a conversation with him, i still am unable to recall it. but ouch the lectures i remember. esp the 2 am ones. Well the whole Neil Diamond hockey arena show, sitting in the stands, was a big stretch for him, and I have little idea why he agreed to go.. . him doing something just for me? still cant fathom the situation. not that i ever will, but being in the ball park would be nice.. well whatever the case, bless him that he hung in for 3 songs.
