dam rain lol anyway your controller is dead. got the other to spin up. but there will be no 60v jump. your wiring is just to old to handle the load also you plastic parts are cracking so at high speed the bike would fall apart this repair and paint will keep it running till you save for one in better shape. there are so many cut wires in this bike! also rust starting on the head tube the frame only has a few years left. pick up used down the road i will give you a good deal fixing it up >:) but the batterys controller and motor are good
