danceETHOS is thrilled to be premiering our new work Awake, Arise at the Muhlenberg Alumni Concert on Saturday, March 22 at Muhlenbergs Empie Theatre, 3:30pm. This concert is FREE and open to the public, please come out and get a preview of our upcoming danceETHOS Unveiled concert coming up in May! A preview of Awake, Arise, choreographed by Alexandra Reekie: Awake, Arise takes a fleeting glimpse into the image of the ideal, experienced by five women traveling the same assembly line path to perfection as paved by generations before. The resistance and affirmations endured both individually and collectively carry them through feelings of hope, desperation, anger and, finally, acceptance.
