dear Starbucks FOCUS needed on customer facing workers! wake up on some of your own dark roast coffee. Girl taking order simultaneously emptying trash cans and recycle bin??? UGH. She asked me 3 times how much I wanted to load on my Starbucks card. I said $50 and she was certain I said $15. O M G at $5 a cup, how long would $15 last? Then she forgot to give me my food. The new barista made my coffee and had to stop to get my snack out of the case. Girl still emptying trash while she rang up the next customer. Poor guy; older man picked up his drink and stood there waiting and hovering over recycle and garbage cans trying to get her attention as she WHIPPED the plastic trash bags in the air, carefully placed them in cans and neatly tied them snuggly in knots while he attempted to explain to her the mistake. FINALLY he got her attention as she STRONG LIKE BULL carried the bundled trash to the back, threw it in the floor and walked back to the register to explain to him all about how HE ORDERED the WRONG DRINK.seriously? yes they are training for NEW drive thru store opening soon. WHO IS DOING THE TRAINING? how can you pass sanitation code YUKKO. After a couple of not so enjoyable visits, I believe I can finally break this starbucks habit. yes I can.
