didar kutchii.... Admin. Please post. Hi everyone. I am an intern from pramukhswami medical college, karamsad, gujarat. Here, the status of interns is quite down. The hospital management believes interns as their servent of their father. We have to work hard. That work that will never be helpful in life. We have to do online entries of all medicines which is the task of sisters. We have to obey the comands of nursing staff. They r our boss. If we dont obey, they will complain & we will not get completion. Moreover, the college dont give the transfer during internship. The worst thing is that during pedia posting, we will have to carry vaccine carrier like servents from PHC which is around 3 kms from hospital. & the recent thing, the nursing staff has created hospital acquired infection in ortho ward & interns became the sufferer as interns are not posted round the clock for entries at hospital. (the persons who believed this are the greatest fools of the world). Now, interns r posted round the clock at all wards for medicine enteries. They believe that interns r the servents of their father & do as they want. Really, we are underpaid servents who work days & nights & get ₹ 3100 per month only. I want to convey all these to the medical world.
