do other people follow Sam Hyde? i have no idea who his audience is because it doesnt seem like art/performance people talk about him. it doesnt seem like he gets much love from the comedy world either (this may have something to do with his insanely abrasive stand up performances). I dont understand how the art world can obsess over projects made by barely literate trolls getting publicity for throwaway ideas that shouldve been buried in undergrad while sam hyde maintains one of the most productive work flows Ive ever seen-- producing a wide range of videos that are variously hilarious, ground breaking, evil, confounding, and technically well produced. is this stuff so offensive that no one wants to get into it?
