e-mail for PS regarding Trustees investigation of the Kloman issue. Kloman was sentenced to 43 years. 26 victims (additional victims not identified in the legal proceedings). High level administrators, teachers, etc., knew and directed Kloman to counseling. Other former employees were alleged to have engaged in misconduct, and some of the reports were corroborated. Abuse issues were known by 2 different Head Masters, although they could not confirm that the 2nd Head Master knew about the prior abuse. Question: Doesnt PS maintain files on each employee (employment application, date of hire, typical HR stuff), and wouldnt something like that be put into the permanent file? If not, why is there not a file on each employee, and why isnt something like that put in? If you are going to terminate someone, you want the paper trail. If so, why wasnt the 2nd Head Master informed of the prior abuse?
