every molecule like a mirror became quicksilver ... the spells shattered upon a nexus fold ... low vibration slow was their song spell aimed at a nameless soul ... mind simply observed with vague interest noticed how tiny things would go wrong occasionally but thats just life ... chameleonlike awareness simply sidestepped and walked a different path what its like to be under siege from magic today at work I tried to ignore the song ... though I may have called it irresponsible ... had dishes and pans to wash there was no time for niceties here in between shifts I wonder if I reworked the mirror invisibility shield again whether the protection would hold a second time but I am wary I rarely use magic because I am wary of personal gain I am protected mainly and usually only have to ask ... but it should be my defense not the imposition of guardian angels I find feathers every where I go I feel them
