few of my forgotten friends once told me that I should get married and produce a child so someone would take care of me in my old age. I smiled back at them and said Its such a selfish act to bare a child and make him/her your servant. They werent born yet but the obligation youll give them is for a lifetime. Better not bare a child if thats the only purpose you have.... And so I have lived alone for decades now and some of them got children and had sleepless nights for decades. Some of them passed away due to stress , and some sacrificed a lot. Only few are happy. While enjoying my life for decades, they were trapped into burden. The happiness that they are waiting for is still out of reach. Another fifty or sixty years is still waiting to delve into a conclusion. When time comes, she/He would probably say Hi to me on his/her wheelchair and will say, Hey my son/daughter is taking care of me and he/she lost a huge amount of money and even wished that I wont suffer this long anymore. And I will answer on my death bed and probably Id say hey, good for you! I am alone, insured and not bothering anyone, and Im ready to die. Ive gone to fulfill my dreams and made other people happy and now Im tired. Be still, dont die yet coz your life has only just begun. - Marriage is a choice so as to have a child. No one has the right to dictate anyone to do things arent for them. Now you see. How are you?I hope youre fine...
