Its more fun in Tarlac Digital Photography Contest • The photo contest is open to all professional and amateur photographers, 13 years old and above, who are residents of the Province of Tarlac • The theme of the contest is “IT’S MORE FUN IN TARLAC”. The subject of the photo must be scenery/place/ attraction/activities within Tarlac. The photo must help promote Tarlac tourism • A caption or title must be provided by the photographer in connection with the theme “IT’S MORE FUN IN TARLAC”. (e.g. KAYAKING, It’s More fun in Tarlac with a picture of people kayaking in Tarlac) • Stock photos are accepted • The photographer may submit up to three (3) entries, provided each photograph has a different subject • Minor digital editing is acceptable. The only allowable global minor edits are burning, dodging, color correction, levels (brightness and contrast), and cropping. Oversaturated images are disqualified • Entries must be printed on 8”x12” matte photo paper without borders • Entry forms are available at the Provincial Investment, Tourism and Information Office, 2nd floor Capitol Building, San Vicente, Tarlac City. One entry form per entry photo • Upon submitting, a softcopy must be provided by the photographer in a DVD • Place your printed entry/entries, entry forms and DVD (soft copy) in a long brown envelope. One (1) envelope = One (1) photographer • Submission of entries is on or before September 18, 2013 at the Provincial Investment Tourism and Information Office, Capitol Building, San Vicente, Tarlac City • Submitted photos shall be exclusive to this contest.
