The range of skills needed is from a fast casual pace serving all levels from a pool snack bar, bistro grill to fine dining within a very efficient kitchen design managing a staff of six. This is a full service private club with two large service kitchens, out door dining and banquet facility • Closing staff responsibilities • Menu development responsibilities • Team organization driven • Night shift closing from 9:00 -- 10:00 working six nights a week during golf season to four nights per week in the off season. Paid overtime as needed in season. Decision responsibilities and accountability with sous chef position as a short term goal and beyond in the long term.
