Breathing ( Pranayama ) , modern science recognizes the longer ones breath the more he will survive . system settings are performed breath by inhaling and exhaling in pranayama will serve to launch the airway , clean the lungs of all the toxins that come from air pollution and train the heart and lungs to work more optimally . Pranayama will affect the ability of concentration in meditation 3 . Concentration ( meditation ) Full concentration obtained easily after doing the above two things psychically going to rest our minds are wandering always go and which cause mental and physical fatigue , as modern science says pain comes from the mind ... when our mind we ve concentrated on one point and the eyes closed , all the tension eased in full relaxation and breathing move regularly and full concentration on one point in this position then we will experience a confortable fast asleep and our micro energy inside of our body will be connected directly to energy of the universe if this is done regularly even though only 5 minutes then we should say no way medicines , forgive me doctor and goodbye
