from Friday, March 21, 2014 WOD (with slight altercations) Push Progression AMRAP 25 minutes: x5 dips x10 push ups x10 two feet front hurdle jumps (flat bench height) x10 each side plank on hands knee to elbow with opposite hand lift x10 KB overhead press squat 50 lbs. I completed 8 rounds in 25:45 minutes with an average heart rate of 158 BPMs and a maximum heart rate if 174 BPMs.
