getting laid off was unfortunate i really tried to keep the job working day and night. but now that its over i just wish i never put up with him. i will never work again for any amount of money for someone who treats me as bad as he did. not paying me overtime. making me do all the work. picking on what i wear or eat, calling me a bad father, yelling at me calling names , calling me a bad father, i feel much happier in life with less money with a job that atleast appreciates me. workin hard and making good money means nothing when you can look back and be proud of what you did, or recieve a compliment from your boss or atleast acknowledgment for working so hard,, the pay was to low any way,,, 3 thumbs down for James Niwinski, who took advantage of me being that i put up with his abuse only because i had to do it for my son and my babys moma, i advise anyone seeking employment to avoid James Niwinski who has a cleaning buisness out of highland,,, it had to be bad if i feel so strongly that i would post it,, hope this helps someon, , the hire you value yourself the less you will put up with, the more you will avoid bad jobs that take advantage of you, you will end up makeing less money in the mean time but youll be happy with how your treated, and eventually if you stick to it, you will find a job that treats you good and pays you good,,, i just learned this lesson this year, at 26, , maybe someone younger will learn by reading this instead of doing
