SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) is what rules all situations. Regardless of call they have an SOP for approaching: 1. African Amercians. 2. Asian Americans 3. Mexican or Latino Americans, 4. Caucasians. and now 5. Middle Eastern Decent. Its a paint by numbers way of thinking.
