government wants n.h.s. to shed jobs to make savings well how about this any immigrant who as not paid 5 years contributions to our social fund gets sod all and must pay by a private medical insurance for any but life threatening medical care eg ,dental,and minor ailments etc easy peasy there you go massive savings that can be fed back into the n.h.s. saving jobs giving needed medication to those who have paid into it end of
