great work Russell Brand ! Keep it up. There was also an article a couple of weeks ago in Melbournes MX (another Murdoch tabloid) that was targeting Brand and his activism. They were trying to claim that MX represents the people and that everybody wants Brand to return to normal, and to stop his activism. This is Rupert Murdochs way of trying to stop people telling the truth by turning them into betrayers of the people. Ill sort of reiterate what Brand says - Its ultra rich billionaires like Murdoch who betray the people with their lies and spin to rip people apart - to cause anxiety and stress and depression because were constantly told the world cant change. So, its great when these media barons like Murdoch begin to lose control over the celebrities that they are constantly trying to box in and sell day after day. Its great to see Brand going a bit further than most and actually critising the system as a whole and using those dreaded words: Capitalism and Revolution. Its actually logical (not crazy) to discuss these words and what they mean. Given the environmental destruction due to climate change, and the fact that the obscenely rich have no desire to stop it because to do so would severely inhibit profit margins and expansion. Well done Russell. Keep it up and continue to defy the cynics!
