hello friends kindly go through the following: SATVEDASRAM Church Based Intensive Training Diploma in Theology Duration: Six Months Purpose This intensive course aims to train Christian Believers in studying Bible, personal spiritual growth and equip them to witness effectively in their own community which in turn strengthens a local church and Christian ministry. Core Subjects 1. How to study Bible by yourself (28 credit hours) 2. Mission and Evangelism (28 Credit hours) 3. A Study of the Book of Acts (28 credit hours) 4. A study of selected missionary Biographies (20 credit hours) 5. Spiritual Warfare and Prayer in Christian Ministry (20 credit hours) 6. Christian Discipleship (20 credit hours) How to conduct? Anyone interested in developing committed Christians in the Word of God, practical witnessing and spiritual maturity can organize this six months intensive course. This could be organized either as residential or non-residential (day-scholars or evening class). Notes for all the subjects shall be provided from the Satveda National office along with academic guidance. To start a center interested persons may apply to the national office in the prescribed application form. Once the office receives the filled-in application form office will scrutinize it and provide the center registration number and the materials. Criteria for center approval 1. One batch should have a minimum of ten students 2. Should have a conducive class room (church could be used) with a black/white board, comfortable seating arrangements and sufficient light. 3. Availability of two or more prospective teachers, etc. Where to conduct? This course could be conducted anywhere, however a church atmosphere is preferable. Medium of Teaching Vernacular that is, the native language Faculty Those who organize the courses should find experienced and spiritually mature teachers who manages English to teach the subjects from their own locality. Admission requirements Candidates must be: 1. Born again 2. A member of a local church 3. Completed 18 years of age 4. Must know how to read and write in the vernacular Examination and Evaluation This is a centralized system. So the examination procedures and evaluation shall be from the national office. Certificate Students completing this program successfully shall receive Diploma in Theology Certificate of Satveda Theological College Finance Those who co-ordinate a center to run this program is responsible for managing the necessary finance for the program, like teachers remuneration, printing notes, etc. Satvedasram national office will not be responsible for any local financial expenditure. Satveda National Office The program will be guided by the Satveda national office and a team from the national office will visit each center at least once during a program to evaluate and help run the program well. This is only a training program and Satveda has no other interest in the other ministries of the local church. Coordinators can contact the office for any details of this training program and get help during office hours. Office will provide the subject notes, course regulations, application forms, question papers, will do the evaluation and provide certificate for the successfully completing students.
