here is this conflict? You know, I dont think that your actual struggle is with a line-up of comatose police in fluorescent green vests, a big ol drill bit, random pipeline workers, or a treed hillside; really, your struggle ought to be with City Hall and its total and very strategic inaction in this affair. See the injunction decision; the court relied upon the citys apparent consent to grant Kinder Morgan its way. I think that your struggle should be getting people to connect the not-so-apparent dots. Recognize and remember that not a single one of the RCMP officers at the site, or anywhere else, can legally violate the injunction to stop you from blocking the construction work. They cannot arrest you all, but they can certainly keep you away from the drilling for a very long time in the one-by-one manner in which people are attempting to stop, delay, or merely annoy the construction work.
