how can we protect ourselves? cars are everywhere and theyre heavy and dangerous just on their own. and then when the car is out of commission the piece of crap driver gets out and just starts wailing on innocents with a crowbar. conceptually such a simple thing, but the whole matsav really baffles the mind. what do they really hope to accomplish. where is the saichel? nothing really makes sense when you call a friend who you were supposed to be meeting and happened to be there and you cant understand her because she is in shock and bawling and all you want to do is hold her and all you can think about is the shiva call you made a week ago to a family youve known most of your life whos lost a baby. a pure soul. i know there is no linear thought here, but there is no linear thought to these monstrous acts. thanks for letting me rant
