how do we greet : Is it not better way of greeting someone on meeting ...instead of saying "hello how are you " ....hello ....nice to see you :-) ....in the first case ....most of the times response is a "lie"....i m doing fine ( even though he may be in serious troubles or not feeling good ) ...in second option if response is ....i m not doing well ....the questions will follow ...what,why n all that ...and the fellow who asked ...can hardly do anything to improve his lot ! So why not make it easier ...by saying happy/ nice to see you....this has no scope of furtur lie or any more question !
