Package renewal a. General principles − Renewal is only made with packages having 30 days of use (M10, M25, M70, M100, MIU, BMIU) − After registering the package successfully, it is default that packages with 30 days of use shall be renewed automatically. − You can choose: + Renew the package automatically + Not to renew the package + Renew the package when it is still valid but free capacity with high speed of the package has been used up. Note: After renewing the package successfully, you need to turn off all Internet applications or restart the phone in order to be counted as a renewed package. b. Methods of renewal * Auto renewal in the system − The system will send a notice via SMS to you one day prior to the usage period is expired. If you do not require cancelling or renewing then the package shall be renewed for the next cycle of 30 days). − The package shall not be renewed in one of the following cases: + You send SMS for cancelling or requiring renewal before the time the system renews the package. + Your subscription is blocked with one direction/ Your account is not enough to subtract subscription fee of the package (for prepaid subscribers). * Renew the package on demand − You can renew M10, M25, M70, M100 packages if the current package is still valid but its free capacity has been used up. For example: to renew MIU package, write GH MIU to 999. * Not to renew the package: In order not to renew the package, write KGH NameofPackage to 999. For example: in order not to renew MIU package, write KGH MIU to 999. Note: + When requiring to renew the package not successfully, you can still continue using until usage period of the package is expired. After the package is expired, the system shall not renew automatically. + After the package is cancelled, you can continue use Mobile Internet service with price and speed of M0 package as default. 5. Give package To give the package, write TANG NameofPackage ReceivingSubscriber to 999. Conditions for giving the package: − Giving subscriber: giving subscriber must operate with two directions and have sufficient credit in account − Receiving subscriber: Subscribers operating with two directions can receive packages given in following cases: + The receiving subscriber who has not registered Mobile Internet package or using basic Mobile Internet package (excluding MIU, BMIU packages) but has used up free capacity can receive any Mobile Internet packages. + The receiving subscriber is using the basic Mobile Internet package with free capacity can receive value-added packages (such as Zing package...). Subscribers will not receive Mobile Internet package in following cases: + Receiving subscribers are those who are blocked with one or two directions. + Receiving subscribers are Fast Connect subscribers. + The receiving subscriber who is using basic Mobile Internet package, still valid with free capacity, or using MIU, BMIU packages will not reiceive MIU, BMIU packages and other basic Mobile Internet packages, but Zing package. + The receiving subscriber who is using BlackBerry package with free capacity will not receive Mobile Internet package. 6. Check package status − To check status of Mobile Internet package, write KT DATA to 999 − To check status of the package given, write KT ReceivingSubscriber to 999. 7. Support requirement − In order to get support information on Mobile Internet service, write TG MI to 999. − Other statements accepted: MI or TRO GIUP MI or HO TRO MI or HELP MI to 999. Note: For each transaction of registering/cancelling service, package, renewing/cancelling renewal of the package, giving the package, the system will send SMS notifying on status of the transaction, whether it is successful or not.
