Raiders organization is currently negotiating the parameters of a new stadium deal with the Bay Investment Group, LLC. 2. A term sheet is expected to be signed by the Raiders organization late summer/early fall 2014. 3. Ground-breaking on the new stadium would commence during ...the 1st quarter of 2015 with a completion date of 2018. **This is all dependent on IF the proposed 10 year lease extension (for the As) is approved, and what provisions are included that allow the Raiders to push forward with their developmental plans.** Time is still of the ultimate essence, and we can loudly and proudly voice our support for the Coliseum City project to continue moving forward at a brisk pace.
