https://facebook/events/899750416702335/ Workweek Hustle starts tomorrow! I know I keep saying this - but I am truly amazed at how many steps we are pushing out! Its really great to do this together and to exercise through the Holidays! I appreciate everyone that has taken part! For our new faces - this is what weve been doing plus some improvements! -The challenge starts Monday morning at 12 am and ends Friday at 11:59pm -I can only work on the results before work, during lunch or after work, so sometimes the graphs and numbers got out late - I apologize for that. I will work on being more efficient! - I also know that we are not all on the same schedule, but if I can get the numbers whenever you go to bed that would help me. If not at bedtime, then by 7am because I leave about 7:30. -Fitbit folks are visible to me so I will take a snapshot around midnight. -I know technology is problematic and our trackers just dont get updated on time, or messages get stuck in cyberspace. Just let me know, and Ill get your numbers caught up when we can. -I love all the positive feedback and encouragement. I know you all have motivated me!
