https://youtube/watch?v=ElVWDIhzXTM&feature=youtu.be Well, here goes. I have officially made my first short film Heartstrings available on YouTube. It is the first of my shorts to be made public. Though it didnt have the overwhelming festival success of some of my other work (Aoibhe, Im looking at you ;-) ), I am extremely proud of this short- it is the film that made a professional filmmaker of me. I want to thank Liz for being an amazing leading lady, Frank for handling a difficult role with grace. Leah for providing a real beating heart for the piece, Lorraine for being the Housewife from Hell, and the inimitable James O Conner (8 years old at the time of filming) for shining with very little screen time. Also, this was my introduction to the great Stephen Broekhuizen, an introduction that was to lead to the formation of Here Is No Why productions. Athos composed an amazing score and Justin was a great champion in making the connections needed to get the film made. Also, nothing would have been shot if Eoghan Nevin and household had not given us the kind use of their house for the film. I would greatly appreciate a like/share on this.
