I think this method is a lot more practical. John Ellis water might work fine, but the machine to make it is very complicated, and I made it even more complicated. The principle of the hydrogen peroxide or H2O2 method is to use 35% Food-Grade H2O2, and dilute it precisely, starting with 3 drops of the 35% concentration in 8 ounces of spring water. They recommend distilled water, but, as long as it’s not chlorinated I don’t know why Ozarka spring water wouldn’t work. I was afraid the water would taste bad, but it wasn’t much different from plain spring water. On the first day of treatment, tomorrow (just because I’m anxious to get started), we are supposed to drink 8 oz. of water with 3 drops of hydrogen peroxide, 3 times a day. The next day the number of drops goes to 4, and each day thereafter another drop is added, until, on the 23rd day, 25 drops are added. We may have to add some apple juice concentrate, if we don’t adjust to the flavor. That is supposed to be O.K. Today there was a lot of rain, right when I wanted to go to the hardware store to get a funnel to transfer H2O2 from the bottle in the refrigerator to the small dropper bottle, but I was able to use the dropper also to fill the small bottle. Before we get to the heavier doses we may need to get a funnel or a pipette.
