https://youtube/watch?v=WAMBOmNWoVQ There is or was a Demolition Derby stadium a couple of towns away from where I grew up in Long Island but for some reason I never attended any events there. Probably some quasi accident or omission but you cant turn back the clock. A few conversations online and threads in various groups kind of reminded me of demolition derbies i did see on television decades ago. but i didnt know how to express this and got a headache. and went into fitful sleep alternated with what looked like boredom to some friendly observers.I know One can enjoy Demolition Derbies up close or from a distance or have mixed feelings about them or dislike or hate or avoid them entirely I guess that may or may not be up to you.I looked at a few tapes here online which reminded me of multiple car collisions a cousin of mine mentioned, as in I cant help somebody who got into mulitiple car collisions Im not sure what that means or meant exactly but I guess some delight in them every day or week or month or year or decade or century or millenium etc The different. cars, in this rather structured and organized display of aggression and hostility are painted different colors and different numbers.Kind of a team thing I guess? I kept thinking that they might stand here for different groups that just dont seem to get along very often : conservatives and liberalsand radicals ; brilliant average and dumb people ; senstive insenstive and ;hypersenstive people; ; ardent atheists, agnostics and believers who enjoy debates and arguments; Sunni Muslims versus Shiites; Orthodox versus Conservative versus Reform Jews; our police and spies and soldiers and bureaucrats and technocrats and double agents and research scientists versus theirs ; the rich versus middle class versus poor; politicized gays versus people who are mildly turned on, mildly neutral mildly turned off or active homophobes so called; ethical humanists versus creationists and fundamentalists; democrats versus republicans versus greens; liberal lawyers versus radical lawyers versus conservative lawyers; certain types of feminists versus people who are mildly against or want to be neutral or misogynists; so called aggressive types versus so called passive types versus so called passive aggressive types; Northerners versus Southerners versus Easterners versus Westerners,; avant garde artists versus realists versus traditionalists; strong Catholics versus strong Protestants versus Strong Jews; Asian nationalists versus Western nationalists versus black nationalists; some Palestinian representatives versus some Zionists Well the list can and does go on.and on and on. Enjoy, blame me for being obscure or vague or disorganized and unstructured in my work or perhaps if you can trust my judgment a tiny bit more learn and appreciate and maybe aspire to change or reform a bit?
