Yes, I wish we had Hank Pym on board to keep Ultrons origins closer to the comics but hopefully the movie will be so awesome, well forgive them for that. We all know comic book fans have to give movie versions some leeway - the question is how much leeway (some may push way too far for reading fans; and I always try to ask myself were changes necessary for cinematic purposes... or were the writers deluded or stoned (or both)).
