If every Christian decide to live this way for God, this world would be completely changed. Open your eyes, what do you see? People are hurting and they desperately need our help. You are precious, God has a plan for you. We are here on this earth for one thing and one thing only, and that is to glorify God everywhere we go while walking in His perfect plan. It seems impossible, because it actually is impossible for us to do it alone. But thank God that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Philippians 4:13 (Bible: NIV) I can do everything through him who gives me strength People need us, you are the answer to someone’s prayer. Matthew 5:13 (Bible: The Message) Let me tell you why you are here. You are here to be salt-seasoning that brings out the God-flavors of this earth. If you lose your saltiness how will people taste godliness? ... Matthew 5:14 (Bible: The Message) Here’s another way to put it: You’re here to be light, bringing out the God-colours in the world. God is not a secret to be kept. We’re going public with this, as public as a city on a hill. Matthew 5:15 (Bible: NIV) Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl, Instead they put it on a stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. We are called to take the darkness away by shinning our light. I think it’s time for the church to rise and to stop hiding its light under a bowl. It’s about time that scriptures come to life and that we realise the simplicity of the gospel without making it so complicated. I invite you to live out what we preach. I’m tired of just saying it, I want to live it! I want to do it! I want God to shine through me and to be a living testimony of His wonderful love. I don’t want my faith to be just going to church on Sunday every week, I want a revival in my spirit, a revival in my churches, a revival in my friends, and a revival in this nation! Let this be our prayer. I’ll pray for you my brothers and sisters, that God might enlighten you and that God might reveal himself to you in a way that He never did before and that you might encounter His love in a new way.
