humans grow, evolve & adapt to their situations everyday... kind of like that Tom Hanks movie where he was stranded on an island... he adapted to having nobody to talk to and created his own world that allowed him to function.... after a human being stops being touched, held, hugged and loved for so long... they must find a way to adapt, so they do not lose their mind from lack of human contact. its actually more difficult when one is surrounded by people...yet still alone... so they condition themselves to dislike physical contact. sadly, this conditioning has built a barrier that causes extreme discomfort when someone attempts to hug or hold them... even though ..deep inside... its what their heart aches for... so they sit trapped... helpless.. within a prison they unknowingly created... as they wait for One to care enough to hold them until those walls break.....and she waits
